How we measure interest and protect customer data
Florida Auto Center uses first-party analytics to understand vehicle interest on our own website. Advertising pixels are only activated when a visitor accepts marketing cookies.
Data we collect
This page describes the current website behavior. It is intended to be clear and practical, not hidden in legal language.
Essential
Consent preference and basic website functionality. These do not activate advertising pixels.
Analytics
Anonymous visitor ID, session ID, pages viewed, vehicles viewed, filters used, photo views, CARFAX clicks, calls, WhatsApp clicks, and direction clicks on our site.
Marketing
Advertising pixels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or Microsoft if configured and accepted. These may use platform cookies for conversion measurement.
How we use this data
We use first-party analytics to understand which vehicles, pages, and actions are useful to shoppers. If you submit a lead form, we may attach recent on-site activity, such as vehicles viewed or financing started, so our sales team can respond with better context.
We do not use our website cookies to monitor your browsing across unrelated third-party websites. We may receive campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, referrer, or ad click IDs when you arrive on our site from an ad or partner link.
Lead forms
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as name, phone, email, preferred contact method, financing details, consignment VIN/mileage, investor interest, or vehicle interest. This information is saved in our lead system and may include the page and campaign that generated the request.
Advertising pixels and server-side conversions
If marketing consent is accepted and our advertising accounts are configured, lead conversion events may be sent to platforms such as Meta. Contact fields may be hashed before transmission for matching, and the event may include browser cookies such as _fbp or _fbc when available.
Your choices
You can choose Essential only, Analytics only, or Accept all in the cookie banner. Essential only prevents first-party behavioral analytics and marketing pixels from being activated by our tracking layer.
